Masala mutton



Recipe

1kg mutton
3 large spoon meat curry powder
2 large spoon masala  salt
1 cup yoghurt / milk

stir-fry ingredients :

7 red onions
4 cloves garlic
2 inch ginger

Spices:

cinnamon
star anise
nutmeg
coriander leaf

A) blend all  stir-fry ingredient , then stir together with all the spices
B) get the mutton in, then put a little water. Cook  until the meat so tender.
C)put the yoghurt, salt, sugar as your desire. Cook the sauce until it thicken.
D)end up with some garnishing using coriander leaf and serve.
